The city of Scottsdale limits the number of occupants staying at a short-term vacation rental to 6 adults plus their related dependent children. 12-person maximum in the property (includes overnight guests and daytime visitors). Please review all policies and rules before booking. No parties or events. MUST be 25 and older to book. As a safety precaution and for security, there are Ring cameras at the front & rear doorbells as well as the gate. There are no cameras inside the home as we respect your privacy. There is also a noise monitoring device on the lower level to comply with local Scottsdale laws. PETS: We love pets and they are welcomed but we want to make sure that they have been properly trained to avoid damage to the house and/or messy situations. PETS REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL. BREED, SIZE AND NUMBER OF DOGS ALL REQUIRE THE OWNER'S APPROVAL. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits. If discovery of unauthorized pets is made after your departure, a penalty of $125/day/pet plus any additional cleaning charges will be assessed. The following rules must be followed when pets are allowed: $55/pet per day. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non -aggressive, free of fleas and ticks and fully house trained. No pets on any furniture or bedding. Please do your best to remove all pet hair to avoid additional cleaning time/charges. All waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags. No pets in the bath tub. Pets should not be left unattended in unit unless crated. Guest assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by pet to be charged to credit card on file. Any extra cleaning that must be done because of pet(s) will be charged to renter at rate of $100 an hour. —
