Kids will fall in love with the Disney-themed bedrooms. The first is an Avenger's bedroom, complete with two sets of bunk beds, fun LED lights, and large Roku TV. The second is the princess room, where your fairy tale-loving kids can sleep in a bunk bed disguised as a castle. This room has a colorful princess mural, rope lights, and a Roku TV. The third kid-friendly bedroom is Mickey’s Jungle Room, complete with a jungle hut, toys, and a fun slide. But the kids aren’t the only ones who get to enjoy the comfortable and stylish bedrooms. The upstairs master suite has a king-sized bed with a luxury Beautyrest Black mattress. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a large television. The formal dining room is set directly off of the kitchen and overlooks the pool and patio area. This space has a long rectangular wooden table and seating for 10 under a modern hanging light fixture. The main living room features a comfortable couch, modern armchairs, a stylish coffee table, and a large entertainment center. A flat-screen TV hangs on the wall and is perfect for movie nights or binge-watching your favorite shows. Sliding glass doors allow for plenty of natural light to fill the living room and offer unobstructed views of the pool and patio. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ Open the sliding glass doors and step out onto the shady lanai. Here you'll find an outdoor dining area, perfect for having a poolside lunch before heading out for a day of shopping. The private pool sits under a screened-in lanai and has no rear neighbors. Your family can spend all day jumping, splashing, and playing in this sparkling pool, or lounging around the sundeck and working on your tan. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are five bathrooms spread throughout the home, making it easy for large groups to get ready for Disney without waiting in line for the shower. On the first floor, there is one bathroom adjacent to the downstairs master. Upstairs, the master suite and Avenger room have an ensuite while the queen bedroom sits right next to its own bathroom. The Jungle Room and Princess room share a bathroom. All of the bathrooms feature hotel-quality towels, toiletries, and plenty of storage space. ☆☆ RESORT AMENITIES ☆☆ One of the perks of staying in Paradise Palms is that you don't have to travel very far for a day full of fun in the sun. This community features a splash pad, a zero-entry resort-style pool with a waterslide, a spa grotto, a playground, a poolside bar, shuffleboard, and tennis courts! As a guest here you have access to all of it, making it easy for the whole family to stay entertained during your stay.

Please review all policies and rules before booking. A renter's form will be sent to you to be filled out before your trip. The full names of all guests, including children, are needed to access the community amenities. Upon arrival at the main gate, all vehicles will be registered with the community. The gate will provide a car pass, and the clubhouse front desk will provide daily access to amenities. 16-person maximum in the property (includes overnight guests and daytime visitors). No parties or events. MUST be 25 and older to book. As a safety precaution and for security, there is a Ring camera at the doorbell. There are no cameras inside the home as we respect your privacy. POOL HEATING (Optional service) Private pool in a large, screened lanai with no rear neighbors. If desired during colder months (typically Nov-Apr), we provide an optional pool heating service for $40/night for the entire visit. Pool heating requires 48 hours notice as it takes time to heat and coordinate with the pool service. GRILL (Optional service) BBQ service is available upon request for an additional fee and with a week's notice and is dependent on the rental company's in-stock availability. OUTDOOR MOVIE SCREEN (Optional Service) An outdoor movie screen requires an additional fee of $40 for setup. Inquire for more details.
